Pitter Patter Rescue Society is a not for profit rescue and not funded by any government or local organizations, we are solely run by volunteers and donations from people like you to keep our rescue running.

 

Pitter Patter Rescue Society is located in Kamloops, BC with one of our rescue partners located in Kelowna, BC. We are a smaller rescue that helps domestic pet rats in need. We have helped rats in less than pleasant situations and living conditions, but also help rats that can no longer be cared for by their current loving families due to various unexpected situations. 

 

Our rescue is always very appreciative and welcomes monetary donations for vet care/medications, donations of quality food (our rescue uses Oxbow Adult Rat & Oxbow Young Rat), supplies such as hide outs, small pet litter pans, Yesterdays Mews paper litter (for litter pans), chews, treats, toys for mental stimulation and bedding. Unfortunately this all comes at a cost, which can cause financial worries for our rescue OR any rescue. PLEASE support our rescue, every little bit helps :)
